November 12
Happy Monday Everyone,

The scripture for today is Romans 8:35-37

Romans 8:35-37 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, for thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him that loved us.

The most powerful force known to man is the love of God. Yes, love is a spiritual force. "God is Love." It was love that created the limitless expanse of space and spoke the galaxies into existence. It was love that created the earth as a paradise for man, and then tenderly shaped him out of the dust of the earth. It was love that breathed into man the spirit of life. It was love that refused to let man perish even though that was what we deserved. It was love that suffered in agony on the cross for our sake. It was love that slept in the tomb. It was love that rose again to give us new life.

Who is able to separate us from such powerful love? Nothing and no one! No matter how overwhelming the adversity might be, through Christ Jesus we are not just conquerors, but "more than conquerors." Not because of anything that we have done or deserve, we are more than conquerors because of His all-powerful love.

God bless you as you continue in His service.
