Isaiah 57_19

September 26
Happy Wednesday Everyone,
The scripture for today is Isaiah 57:19
Isaiah 57:19 I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, says the LORD; and I will heal him.
The fruit of our lips, which are the praises we offer to God, comes by and through Jesus Christ. "By Him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to His name." Hebrews 13:15  Jesus, the Prince of Peace, offers His peace to us. We who have strayed or remain far off can be reconciled to God through His precious sacrifice on our behalf. "But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off are made near by the blood of Christ. For He is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of partition between us" Ephesians 2:13-14
What wonderful good news and what blessed hope we have in Christ. When Jesus walked this earth He healed all who came to Him. He never turned a single person away. "But when Jesus knew it, He withdrew himself from thence: and great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them all." Matthew 12:15 Think about it; He healed them ALL! Spiritual and physical healing is the end state for those who believe and trust His Word. Ultimately everyone who believes in Christ will be healed and there will be no sickness or disease in His presence. In His ministry on earth Christ demonstrated this principle for us. As we cling to Him in faith, we have nothing to fear. External circumstances and physical conditions are only temporary; we will all be healed! It would be good for us, even in the midst of difficult circumstances and adverse conditions, to offer Him "the fruit of our lips the sacrifice of praise."  We trust His Word and His Word says, "I will heal them."  We cling to those words while "giving thanks to His name" knowing that His Word will be fulfilled in us. The healing He offers to the world is eternal wholeness, alive and well with Him forever.
God bless you as you continue in His service.
